Since 2007, we’ve proudly built a reputation for delivering bespoke display solutions for some of the world’s most iconic retail brands. What began as Aleyshopfitting — founded by Martyn Aley and Adrian Tomlin — has evolved into AiMM & Co: a redefined name with a renewed mission.
From Past to Present
Originally operating from a 4,500 ft² site in Peckleton, we earned early recognition through premium projects for brands like Coty Group and Estée Lauder Companies. Our growth led to a larger facility in Wigston, enabling us to take on even more ambitious projects, including Chanel and Dior. After the loss of co-founder Adrian, Martyn brought together a new leadership team — Mark Wagstaff, Ian Sharpe, and Adam Cooper — and the foundation of AiMM & Co was set.

The name AiMM & Co reflects the people who drive our vision: Adam, Ian, Martyn, and Mark. More than a name, it signals our commitment to innovation, precision, and delivering beyond expectations. It unites our capabilities across Aleyshopfitting Ltd, AIMM Developments, and AIMM Property Ltd under one powerful brand.
